¨ Think about the way the burnt offering was totally burnt up and seemed to have no practical value. It was simply done for God’s pleasure. How can that idea make a difference in your attitude toward worship?

¨ The sacrifices were an intentional way for the Israelites to worship God. List a few ways you can be more intentional in acts of worship.

¨ Spend time this week meditating on Hebrews 9:11 – 14. Think about the cost of your forgiveness. How can you serve God because you are forgiven?
